Payment

1. Cash on Delivery

For those of you who prefer dealing with cash and wish to receive your order at any place, the products are shipped by courier and you pay the cost at the time of delivery.

2. Cash

Orders picked up at our store (Vas.Sofias 83, 15124 Maroussi, Greece) can be paid with cash.

3. Credit card

We accept credit cards of any bank. Your order can be paid either by a single charge or, for orders worth over € 99, interest free installments are available for Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Diners cards.

4. Bank transfer

You can deposit money for your order to one of Action Country's bank accounts.

Shipping

1. Pickup at an ELTA (Hellenic Post) branch store

Collect your order from your local ELTA branch. You will need to indicate the shipping number of the package or your name, the number is contained in the e-mail sent to you confirming your order. There is no shipping charge for using ELTA.
 
2. Courier delivery

Your order is shipped and delivered to a place of your choice by ACS Courier. If you are not present at the arrival of the ACS's official, a note will inform you about the number of your package and the phone you have to call in order to arrange for pickup. The orders are delivered within 24-48 hours. For orders of value over € 98 we offer free shipping, otherwise it is charged € 3. In exceptional situations, for hard to reach areas, you may get supercharged by € 5, in which case you will be informed by our staff.

4. Pickup at our store in Athens

Collect your order from our store at Panepistimiou 44, Athens 10679, Greece.

5. Pickup at our store in Marousi

Collect your order from our store at Vas.Sofias 83, Maroussi 15124, Greece.

Return Terms

You are eligible for applying for reimbursement for 14 calendar days after the date of your order receit, as long as the packaging is in its original (default) state.
